Anirithanya Tex was established in the year of 2015, We are Manufacturers and Exporters of Kintted Garments. with the production Spacious of 60,000 Pieces per month with more than 8 years of Experience of D.Kavitha Shivakumar. The Total unit capacity is around 4200 Sq ft. AniRithanya Tex is a export quality garment manufacturing unit situated in the north of tirupur with a variety of knitting gauges and highly skilled staff. We produce high quality men's and women's knitwear using natural fibres combining traditional methods and modern technology.The majority of our production is made using the highest quality yarns from premium Indian spinners.

Sampling

Sampling department is staffed with professional executive and, seasoned tailors. Also it has all the normal and special purpose machines both imported and indigenous to make any contemporary style garment. This is a specialized department for Quality Knit Wears that comes directly under the MD.

Cutting

Stitching

A combination of assembly line production and Bundle system, using modern sewing machines with labour saving devices can churn out between 3000 – 5000 garments per day based on the style of garment being produced.

Checking

Every garment is subjected thru a initial check in the production on to the line and only then passed on to the separate checking division for a final checking.

Ironing

We depend on modern methods for ironing. We use adjustable flat horizontal tables and modern steam pressing boxes for ironing garments. Vaccum sucking machines are used to take away the excess moisture in the garment due to Steam Ironing.

Tagging & Label Attach

Final Checking

Every garment is subjected thru a initial check in the production on to the line and only then passed on to the separate checking division for a final checking.

Packing

We buy our Packing Materials from leading suppliers and professional providers to Garment Exporters. We use only Oeko Tex certified labels produced from fully computerized labeling machines. We use only poly propylene and polyethylene bags with colour printing.
